Included with C360 service is a full service helpdesk. Your helpdesk is built into your Windows desktop. Once a ticket is submitted, a technician receives an alert and your ticket will be responded to within a guaranteed window of 30 minutes to 2 hours, depending on your level of service.

All helpdesk tickets are resolved through our closed-loop system, ensuring you are aware of the actions taken and know exactly when your problem is fixed.
